If you are not sure whether shoeless is best for you I would recommend booking an Initial Hoof Assessment which can be upgraded to a Full Consultation (including shoe removal and trim application) if appropriate at the time of the visit.

FULL INITIAL CONSULTATION*
A full assessment of your horse's hooves, diet, environment & management routine including photographs, Spectrum of Usability and full written report with recommendations. Application of the HPT (High Performance Trim) method + FREE removal of shoes if necessary.
£45 per horse
INITIAL HOOF ASSESSMENT
HPT method not applied, consists of full report including Spectrum of Usability and photographs, the horse should be shoeless to enable a thorough assessment - shoes can be removed for no additional charge, alternatively a limited assessment can be made with the horse shod bearing in mind some structures may be obscured by the shoe
£25 per horse (discounts available for multiple horses, please enquire)
STANDARD CONSULTATION
Includes Spectrum of Usability, application of the HPT method and reference photographs as required
£40 per horse
STANDARD CONSULTATION (IOW)
As above but is inclusive of travel costs for Isle of Wight clients.

REMEDIAL CONSULTATION
For lameness rehabilitation cases. Includes liasing with your Veterinarian as required
+ written report, photographs etc. as appropriate.

CLEANTRAXING - single treatment deep penetrating hoof cleanser effective on thrush, absesses and white line disease.
(Cleantrax supplied to treat 2 hooves, price includes loan of soaking boot/s and application time which is typically at least 1 hour for up to 2 hooves)

I carry a selection of hoof care products with me, I can also supply Cleantrax, Solemates Pads and the Perfect Hoof Wear system as required. Please ask for specific pricing.
Mileage is FREE within a 15 mile radius of SO40 4YL and thereafter charged at £0.40 per mile
*Please allow 2 hours for a thorough Initial Consultation. An area of hard standing under cover if possible is prefered, as well as a dry area for walking and trotting the horse up.
